1. Introduction

At Xogvalenquazl, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with Irish and EU consumer protection laws.

2. Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (including rules on distance contracts and withdrawal) as transposed into Irish law, together with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and related Irish consumer protection legislation. You may also have remedies where goods do not conform to the contract under Irish and EU rules on the sale of goods to consumers (including conformity guarantees). This Return Policy does not limit those statutory rights.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

3.1 Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or someone you have nominated (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

3.2 How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description of goods], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date."

3.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

  • 14 days after we receive back the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods (whichever is earlier)

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Return Conditions

4.1 Product Condition

Products must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Sealed products must remain sealed
  • All accessories, documentation, and free gifts included with the product must be returned
  • The product must not be damaged beyond what is necessary to examine it

4.2 Seals and Hygiene

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of food supplements that have been opened or had their hygiene seal removed. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or not as described.

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

6.1 Faulty Products and Lack of Conformity

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match its description, you have statutory remedies under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU rules on conformity of goods with the contract. Depending on the nature of the lack of conformity, how long you have had the goods, and other circumstances, your remedies may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or rescission of the contract (with refund), subject to the conditions set out in those laws.

You should inform us of any lack of conformity within a reasonable time after you discover it (and in any case within any statutory time limits that apply). Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue so we can assist you.

6.2 Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and for the incorrect product to be collected at our expense.

6.3 Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the damage to the packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Retain the packaging for inspection

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. How to Return Products

7.1 Return Process

  2. Receive confirmation and return instructions
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Include your order number and reason for return
  5. Send the product to the address provided

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

8.2 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within:

  • 3-5 business days for credit/debit card refunds
  • 5-10 business days for bank transfers

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account.

9. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@xogvalenquazl.world. If we can cancel the order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
